Petro Applied Intelligence ("we," "us," or "our") operates petroappliedintelligence.com and provides marketing, lead management, and automation services to businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, business name, email address, phone number, and anything else you submit through a form on this site or tell us during a call or email exchange.
- Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring page, gathered through standard web logs and analytics.
- Communications. Records of calls, text messages, and emails between you and us, including call recordings where permitted by law and disclosed at the time of the call.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and contact you about our services.
- To send you text messages and place phone calls, including calls using an artificial or prerecorded voice, where you have consented to receive them.
- To schedule, confirm, and remind you of appointments.
- To operate, maintain, and improve this site and our services.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
Text messaging and calls
If you provide your phone number and give consent, you may receive text messages and phone calls from us, including messages sent by an automated system and calls placed with an artificial or prerecorded voice. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. You may also opt out at any time by emailing alex@petroappliedintelligence.com.
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that provide support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories of use exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these circumstances:
- Service providers. Vendors that operate our infrastructure — CRM, hosting, telephony, email delivery, analytics, and payment processing — and that are permitted to use the information only to provide those services to us.
- Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfer. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies and similar technologies, including advertising pixels, to understand how the site is used and to measure advertising performance. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; doing so may affect how parts of the site function.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, to maintain records of consent, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Records of text message consent and opt-out requests are retained as required by applicable law.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, and to opt out of certain uses. Children
This site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
